APEC and the Cariño Eye Clinic: Two eyes with one Vision.
The Asia Pacific Eye Center celebrates the first quarter of 2009 with a momentous event in its young history it welcomes the Cariño Eye Clinic and Optical into its fold.
Before its integration into APEC, the Cariño Eye Clinic has been in operation since 1999, ably headed by Cornea and External Disease eye care specialist Dr. Noel Cariño.
The merging of both eye care units is expected to benefit patients through the addition of an APEC satellite clinic, situated in the former Cariño Eye Clinic at Bonifacio St., Barangay Canlalay in Biñan, Laguna. This effectively widens the APEC service area, giving you the convenience of more space, more proximity, and more flexibility to be where you want to be.
With Dr. Cariño’s increased involvement in APEC, you can expect even more of the expertise and skill that can only come from the good doctor’s extensive training and experience in the field of Cornea and External Disease.
